Mmmm...Monday: Onion Soup Mix

I never actually make onion soup from a mix, but I use the mix in a lot of scrumptious recipes.  It can be pretty expensive at the store, and it's not something I usually keep on hand, so I was thrilled when I found this Lipton knock-off.  I'm not a fan of celery seed, so I usually leave that out.

Ingredients:
• 3/4 c minced onion
• 1/3 c beef buillon powder
• 4 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp crushed celery seed (optional)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients & store in an airtight container.  About 5 T of mix = 1 (1-1/4 oz) packet.

To make onion dip: Mix 5 T with 1 pint of sour cream.
