More Freebies & Deals

There's some great deals out there this week, so I thought I'd share.

* Free rootbeer float at Sonic June 3rd 8pm to midnight. You want might to call beforehand to make sure your location is participating in this deal.
* June 5th is National Donut Day. If you're going to be in the Provo/Orem area stop by Krispy Kreme for a free donut.
* Free chocolate from Mars every Friday through September. The first 250,000 visitors every Friday receive a coupon for a free candy bar by mail. Limit of 4 per household. But seriously, how can you pass up free chocolate?
* 10 free downloads from Mercedes Benz. I can't guarantee quality, but hey, it's free music. Apparently they add new music every 2 months.
* Free music from Wal-Mart every week. Just one song, and once again, I can't guarantee quality.
* One free gallon of windshield wiper fluid from NAPA auto parts.

For a full list of all the Target deals this week, visit Stretching a Buck. Beware, though not all prices are the same in our area. There's also a coupon match-up list at A Full Cup that you can peruse through. These are my favorites:

Degree Men’s Deodorant (Artic Edge & Intense Sport) $2.49
Use $1.50/1 Degree Deodorant Target Store printable
PLUS
Use $1/1 Degree Deodorant (RP 5/17/09)
Final Price = FREE after coupons!

Aquafresh Toothpaste $1.99/ea
Use $1/1 Target coupon
PLUS
Use $1/1 or $.75/1 here
Final Price = FREE to $.25 after coupons

Apparently they have some great "free after rebate" deals each week. Unfortunately I became aware of this after the item I wanted was sold out last week. So, if you see something you want I'd recommend acting quickly. And if you're wary of rebates, don't be. Ross and I have been doing them for a long time, and it's very rare to run into a problem or not receive one.

This week: If you're looking to start a business, you can get free QuickBooks® software to help you out. Or if you want to treat running your family as a business, I suppose this could work as budget software for you, too.
